  6. _____ Transcript of English Translation of High School Records
     
  7. _____ Transcript of English Translation of College Records
     
  8. _____ Affidavit of Support
    or _____ Financial Support Statement & Funds Verification
     
  9. _____Health Insurance
     
  10. _____Copy of I-20 if Transferring from another college
  11. _____Address while attending Virginia Western
     
  12. _____If transferring to Virginia Western from another college - we need a copy of the Transfer Eligibility Form
  13. _____Submit I-901 fee to the Federal Government after you receive your I-20

You must submit these items in order to receive an I-20 from Virginia Western to secure your F-1 Visa from the Embassy or Consular office in your country.
