Testing Center

The Learning Technology Center serves as the testing center for Virginia Western Community College. The center has a glassed-in testing area for secure testing and a computer lab for administering online tests. During our hours of operation, students may take placement tests (when referred by a counselor), appropriate make-up tests, and exams for distance education courses (in accordance with class policies). As a service to the community, the center also administers proctored tests and special tests.

The LTC endorses VWCC's policies related to children in its facilities. Children (defined as persons under age 13) must be under direct supervision of a parent, guardian or sponsor (18 years of age or older).  Unattended children are prohibited in the Learning Technology Center.
