Reserve Books
Many of the psychology teachers have put their textbooks on reserve at the circulation desk on the top floor. Go to the reserve page to search by class, subject, and teacher.

Periodicals
Use the electronic databases to find references to periodical articles on specific topics. If you find a reference to an article in a database that is not full-text, then check the all titles list to see if we have it in hard copy. If we do not have it in hard copy than you may order it through interlibrary loan.

As an alternative to looking for articles on specific topics you may wish to browse a particular psychology journal to get ideas for topics, to see what a journal looks like, or you may just want to read your favorite psychology journal from cover to cover. You can browse journals by title online or by coming to Brown Library and reading the hard copy subscriptions. Here is a list of our hard copy periodical titles in psychology.

Periodicals for Group Counseling
Here are a few specific psychology journals for group counseling. You can browse a specific title by issue from cover to cover or you can search for a topic within the title.
