Effective January 01, 2007, VWCC began accepting applications online through the Department of Human Resources' Recruitment Management System (RMS). Paper applications are no longer accepted.
First-Time Applicants:
Prior to beginning, we recommend that you click here to download a "Quick Reference Guide".
To begin the application process, you will be asked to create a User Profile. You will need to select a User Name and Password. Select a User Name and Password that you will be able to recall. We suggest that you write it down and file with your personal documents.
When you are ready to create your User Profile, click CREATE APPLICATION.
Returning Applicants:
Click here to log in to the RMS home page to edit an existing application profile, apply for new jobs without re-entering application information, and review the status of positions for which you have previously applied.
Search Posting for VWCC jobs:
You will exit this Web site and be taken to a screen in RMS that enables you to Search Postings for all current statewide openings. Click SEARCH POSTINGS and narrow your job search by selecting VA Western Community College (under Agency) using the drop down menu and click SEARCH.
