Deleting Old E-mails

Please note: By default your Mirapoint account is set to send deleted messages to the Trash. That means your e-mails must be deleted from two different folders. Please follow the steps below to learn how to delete messages.

Deleting Messages from folders:

  1. Log into your e-mail account using the Mirapoint login located at https://fsemail.vccs.edu.

  2. Open the folder you want to delete messages from.

  3. Select the checkboxes for the message you want to delete.

  4. Click the Delete button.

  5. The message has now been moved to the Trash folder.

Deleting messages from the Trash Folder:

  1. Log into your e-mail account using the Mirapoint login located at https://fsemail.vccs.edu.

  2. Click the [Empty] link next to the Trash link to delete all emails in the Trash folder.
