11 Days until VWCC email changes.....THESE
CHANGES AFFECT EVERYONE!
How will the email change taking place on June 28 at 5 a.m.
affect me?
If you use Eudora:

You will need to enter your new email password
to access your email.

Your email name will stay the same.

There is no need to forward any WebMail messages
since they are received by Eudora every time you log into the
network and are stored in your local email (Eudora ) client
unless you delete them.
If you use Outlook:

You will need to enter your new email password
to access your email.

Your email name will stay the same.

There is no need to forward any WebMail messages
since they are received by Outlook every time you log into the
network and are stored in your local email (Outlook) client
unless you delete them.

There are some Internet email settings which
will need to be changed after 5 a.m. Thursday, June 28 in order
for you to receive/send email via Outlook. Instructions on how
to make these changes will be provided to Outlook users before
June 28; however, should you need assistance, the Help Desk will
be staffed 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, June 28-29.
If you ever check your email from a web
browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox) using WebMail:

Beginning at 5 a.m. on Thursday, June 28, VWCC
employees will use Mirapoint to check email via the Web.

You will need to enter your new email password
to access your email.

Your email name will stay the same.

You need to clean out your WebMail mailboxes.

You will no longer receive email in your WebMail
mailbox after 5 a.m. 6/28.
