V. FACULTY OFFICE HOURS

Fall & Spring Semester Office Hours

Faculty Office Hours – should be a maximum of 3 hours per day between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for a total of 10 hours per week and 4 days per week. Division Deans will handle exceptions.

• One (1) virtual office hour may be substituted for one face-to-face office hour, but it must be logged through Blackboard or Breeze for monitoring purposes.

Administrative Hours for Special Assignments – for every three (3) hours of release time, show two (2) administrative hours on schedule.

Summer Semester Office Hours

Day Classes – ½ hour per class, per course meeting

Night Classes – 1 hour prior to class per week
