To setup
your Outlook Express go to
Start-Programs-Outlook Express.
Open your Outlook
Express by clicking on it.

| Select Tools
-->Accounts--to open the
Accounts dialog box.. |

Make sure the Mail
tab is selected, and click on Add --->
Mail.
Type your name as you want
it to appear in the From field of your
e-mail.
Click Next.
Type in your e-mail
address.
Type in your server
information. For
instructors, your incoming mail
server is a POP3 server.
Your incoming mail server address (IMAP),
is: mail4.utility.vccs.edu
Your outgoing mail (SMTP) server is: mail4.utility.vccs.edu
For students,
your incoming mail server is a POP3
server.
Your incoming mail server address (IMAP),
is: mail3.utility.vccs.edu
Your outgoing mail (SMTP) server is: mail3.utility.vccs.edu
Type your account name and your password.
The account name for instructors
will have user name plus %vw.vccs.edu
For students,
user name plus @email.vccs.edu
